Baby Boomer Training
- Vocational training offered to vulnerable age groups (baby boomers) in order to strengthen problems resulting from the polarization of wealth and improve the social safety nets
- With the large-scale retirements of baby boomers (those born from 1955?1963), this training is designed to offer more employment opportunities and provide skilled workforce to businesses through a curriculum tailored for older workers.
